Profile and Personal Data

All services require you register in our Control panel and top up the relevant balance.

3 blocks are displayed at the top of the Control panel home page:

  • Support — you can open the context help, go to the knowledge base, and send a request to our technical support service by clicking Create ticket;
  • Balance — you can view the history of transactions, receive billing documents, and configure notifications, as well as top up the balance of your services by clicking Top up balance;
  • Profile — you can change the panel settings, view login history, set account security settings, add API keys, and also change the password for your account by clicking Change password.

The account menu with four items is available in the upper right corner:

  • Balance and payments — this section contains information on how to top up the balance, transfer funds from one balance to another, configure notifications and receive billing documents, as well as a list of connected services;
  • Tickets — in this section you can send a ticket to the technical support service;
  • Profile and settings — in this section you can edit your account information, change your password, add an API key, or add a user to the account;
  • Referral program — this section contains general information about the features of the program, and here you can also send a request to participate in the referral program.

Open the Panel settings section to change profile and company information. There are two ways to do this:

  • click Settings in the Profile block of the Control panel home page;
  • from the menu in the upper right corner, select Profile and settings and go to the Panel settings tab in the new window.

Profile

The Profile tab displays the client data provided during registration.

The data differs depending on the account type and the role of the user who logged in to the account:

* Function for changing the method of obtaining original billing documents.

** Function for requesting an archive with all personal information that the company processes and stores, as well as for deleting the account.

If the client has a personal discount, it is also displayed on this tab.

Editing Profile Information

To edit profile information:

  1. Click Change on the Profile tab.
  2. Enter the new data in the edit form that opens.
  3. Click Save.
  4. If the old (previously entered) data has been changed, a ticket will be created automatically to confirm the changes.

Please note that it is not possible to specify the name of another person for the Personal account and change the INN or VATIN for all account types. Company information for accounts of the type Business account, Sole trader, and State institution can only be changed by the main administrator of the account.

It is not possible to renew a contract, but you can transfer the services between accounts. To do this, register a new account and send us a ticket with a request to transfer services from your old account to the new one (learn more).

Panel Settings

In the Panel settings section, you can select:

  • interface language — Russian or English;
  • panel theme — dark, light, or branded (Selectel);
  • user settings — when clicking Reset, the configured filters will be reset, and the order forms will return to their original state.
