Security

You can set the security settings for your account in the Control panel:

  • change your password;
  • enable/disable two-factor authentication;
  • view session logs;
  • reset sessions (sign out of your account on all devices except the current one).

To go to these sections, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile and settings. Open the required tab.

Changing the Password

To change your password, enter your current password on the Change password tab, enter a new password, and click Change password.

If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. To do this, click Restore access to control panel when logging in to the Control panel. After entering the data, a link to reset your password will be sent to your e-mail address. Learn more about restoring access in the instructions.

Two-Factor Authentication

Please note that 2FA is automatically enabled for users invited to the account. Learn more about managing users and roles. The users can change the way they get the code, but cannot disable it completely.

To enable two-factor authentication, go to the Two-Factor Authentication tab and choose how to get the one-time confirmation code:

  • in the authenticator app;
  • in a message to the contact phone number specified in the account profile.

To enable logging in through the authenticator app:

  1. Turn the switch to the active state.
  2. Enter your current account password.
  3. Click Verify.
  4. Scan the QR code in any authenticator app (for example, Google Authenticator). If you can’t scan the code, enter the secret key into the app manually.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code generated in the app.
  6. Click Verify.

The login code will be generated in the authenticator app.

To enable logging in using a message:

  1. Turn the switch to the active state.
  2. Enter your current account password.
  3. Click Verify.
  4. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code sent via SMS.
  5. Click Verify.

The activation code will be sent to the contact phone number specified in the account profile.

If You Don’t Have Access to the Contact Phone Number

If you don’t have access to your phone, you can use a backup code to log in to the Control panel. Each code can only be used only once. You can create the backup codes on the Two-Factor Authentication tab by clicking Generate. Please write down or print the codes, as they will be hidden after refreshing the page.

If you don’t have access to your phone or backup codes, submit a ticket to our technical support.

Changing Your Contact Phone Number

If you plan to change your phone number, create a ticket to change the phone number in your account.
